Instructions:
Step 1: I used a Tuxedo Black Tsukineko Memento ink pad to stamp the sweet bear and his mice friends from the Avery Elle Beary Good Friends stamp set on a piece of white cardstock (cut to 4” x 5 1/4”) using my Misti stamping tool.
Step 2: I colored the bear and mice and drew in some grass with various copic markers.
Step 3: Next, I stamped the “Hello Friend” sentiment from the Avery Elle Beary Good Friends stamp set on the middle of my card panel using a Tuxedo Black Tsukineko Memento ink pad and my Misti stamping tool.
Step 4: Then I stamped the butterfly and bee from the Avery Elle Bear Good Friends stamp set next to my sentiment, and colored them with various copic markers.
Step 5: I added white highlights to my colored images with a white gelly roll pen.
Step 6: Then I added a stitched border to my white card panel with my colored images, and used a Lawn Fawn glue tube to glue it onto a piece of pink cardstock (cut to leave a tiny border around my white card panel). Then I glued that onto a piece of yellow patterned paper from the Spring Fling Lawn Fawn Petite Paper Pack (cut to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”) using a Lawn Fawn glue tube, and adhered that to my A2 card base.
Step 7: To finish my card, I added yellow sun rays to the background of my card by blending Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink with my Picket Fence Studios Life Changing Blender Brushes using a My Favorite Things sunburst stencil (ALTERNATIVE OPTION).
