Step 1: Create a water color background using Tim Holtz inks in Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers using a water brush.

Step 2: Splatter the background with metallic watercolor to add shimmer and shine.

Step 3: Die cut the panel using a background die. Die cut 3 white panels using the same background die. Glue 2 frames together to creating wells for the panels to fit into.

Step 4: Stamp the sentiment on one of the white panels as shown and reassemble alternating between the watercolored and white pieces.

Step 5: On a Copic friendly piece of cardstock stamp the images in black Copic friendly ink.

Step 6: Color with Copic markers and cut out using the coordinating dies.

Step 7: Assemble the card as shown using foam tape and glue.

Step 8: Finally add a few sequins using glue.
