"Bake the World a Better Place" Winter Card

Posted by Tracy Schneiders on

Let's get started making this adorable card inspired by the Lawn Fawn winter release for 2020. First, we will need to stamp all of the images from the stamp sets listed, then color and die cut all of them. Using a snowflake card stock paper as my sky, I started to assemble and place my mountains at the bottom of my snow flake paper. Next, I used the scallop border die to add interest to the sides.

Then, use the Nuvo dream drops at the tops of the mountains to mimic shimmery snow. After that is dry, arrange your mice(from "a creature a stirring" stamp set and baby bears (from "snow much fun" stamp set) with the remaining accessories. I also used the pine trees from "Over the Mountain borders" to fill in empty spaces.

To complete this card, I used the largest "simple wavy banner" (layering two red banners behind it) from Lawn Fawn, for my sentiment with the cutest little mouse at the top of the mountain holding it. I place the completed scene on a red card stock panel for an A-2 size card and this card is complete, after adding a few Nuvo dream drops to the sky.
