I think you’re awesome (no, cerealsly)!  Hello friends! It’s Beata June here, and today I’m sharing how to make this mini slimline boxcard featuring the Lawn Fawn Cerealsly Awesome clear stamp set and coordinating Lawn Cuts die

To make this card, first I stamped six cereal bowls from the Lawn Fawn Cerealsly Awesome clear stamp set onto white cardstock using a misti stamping tool and Gina K. Designs obsidian amalgam ink.  I colored the stamped images with copic markers.

Yellow bowl:  Y00, Y06, Y11, Y19

Orange bowl:  YR15, YR16, YR21, YR68

Blue bowl:  BG01, BG11, BG15

Green bowl:  G000, G00, G02, G05

Pink bowl:  RV04, RV06, RV10, RV11, RV19, RV34

Purple bowl:  BV000, BV00, BV01, BV02, BV04

Heart cereal:  Y06, Y19, YR15, YR68, BG11, BG01, G00, G02, BV00, BV02, RV04, RV06, RV10, RV11, RV34

Spoons:  C0, C1, C2, C3, T3, T5

After I finished coloring, I stamped happy faces from the Lawn Fawn Cerealsly Awesome stamp set onto each of my bowls using a Gina K. Designs obsidian amalgam ink pad.

Next, I cut out my colored cereal bowls using the Lawn Fawn Cerealsly Awesome Lawn Cuts dies.

Then I cut out the components for my mini slimline boxcard using the My Favorite Things Mini Slimline Outside the Box Level Up Dienamics.  I used the dies to cut the back outer panel, side panels, and inserts from white cardstock, and cut out the stitched smaller back panel, smaller stitched side panels, and front panel from patterned paper.  Then I glued all the components for my boxcard together using a Lawn Fawn glue tube.

I stamped the “I think you’re awesome (no, cerealsly)” sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Cerealsly Awesome stamp set onto white cardstock using Gina K. Designs obsidian amalgam ink, and cut out the sentiment strip using the long stitched rectangle die from the My Favorite Things Mini Slimline Outside the Box Level Up Dienamics.  Then I glued the sentiment strip to the front panel of my boxcard using a Lawn Fawn glue tube.

To finish my card, I added white highlights to my cereal bowls using a white gel pen, and then glued the bowls onto the different levels of my boxcard using a Lawn Fawn glue tube.  For the back row, I glued three cereal bowls to three thin strips of clear acetate to give my card extra dimension.

Here’s another look at my finished boxcard.

Thanks for following along on how I made this cerealsly awesome mini slimline boxcard.  You can find all the supplies you need to make this card over at the scrapbookpal.com shop!

Crafty hugs,
Beata June
