Coastal Paradise - Pinkfresh Studio

Coastal Paradise - Pinkfresh Studio

Posted by April Leithner on

Welcome to the blog! April Leithner (@inkycreationswithapril) here with a fun beach scene card. I grabbed the Coastal Paradise Press Plates, Dies and Stencils from Pinkfresh Studio to create a summer beach scene. It is so effortless when companies put a suite of products together. Every product coordinates and helps to create a perfect card.

·       Use Better Press Letterpress System, Porcelain Cotton Paper, Better Press Black Ink, and Coastal Paradise Press Plates with a die cutting machine to create images and sentiment.

·       Use Mini Blending Brushes to ink blend background scene plus images (house, palm trees, beach ball and chairs) using the Coastal Paradise Stencils. Distress Inks used: Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed, Peacock Feathers, Tumbled Glass, Antique Linen, Kitsch Flamingo.

·       Die cut images using the Coastal Paradise Dies.

·       Wrap twine around bottom of card panel

·       Use foam squares to pop up house and sentiment on the background panel.

·       Adhere trees, chair and ball directly to background panel

·       Adhere panel to top folding heavy weight card base.

I love when a scene card comes together so fast and easy. Do you enjoy creating scenes on your cards  Make sure to head over to the website and check out this fun Coastal Paradise line from Pinkfresh Studio. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
