Hey everybody, happy Wednesday! I hope you're having a fabulous week! Leslie here, sharing a tutorial for making one of the easiest cards you'll ever see... and I can promise you this with 100% certainty! AND with a fairly short list of supplies! This friendship card features the awesome Sizzix Creative Coordinations Radiance Stamps with Framelits which can used in any color combination and for any occasion! It's SO versatile! I stuck with a timeless and simple B&W color combo with a pop of silver foil. Let’s get started!
STAMP BACKGROUND & CUT FOCAL
Using the MISTI, stamp the background, circle and sentiment from the Sizzix Creative Coordinations Radiance Stamps with Framelits on a white cardstock panel in Versafine Onyx Black ink.
Trim the background panel and save a leftover strip to embellish the inside panel.
Cut the circle with the coordinating framelit.
CUT CARD BASE & LAYERS
Cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base from black cardstock.
Next, cut a front layering panel and an inside embellishing strip from silver foil cardstock.
Finally, cut an inside sentiment panel from white cardstock.
ADHERE LAYERS
Using a combination of Scrapbook Adhesives E-Z Runner Strips and the My Sweet Petunia Glue Press with Bearly Art precision craft glue, adhere the background panel to the silver foil panel and then adhere the focal image.
Adhere the embellishing strips to the inside sentiment panel.
ADD INSIDE SENTIMENT
Using the MISTI, stamp an inside sentiment from the Sizzix Creative Coordinations Radiance Stamps with Framelits in Versafine Onyx Black ink on the inside white panel.
COMPLETE PROJECT
Using the Scrapbook Adhesives E-Z Runner Strips, adhere the front panel to the card base. Using the My Sweet Petunia Glue Press with Bearly Art precision craft glue, adhere a tiny black bow and a few black gemstones.
The final step is to adhere the inside panel to the inside of the card base with Scrapbook Adhesives E-Z Runner Strips.
