Fall-Themed Thank You Card by Beata

Posted by ScrapbookPal Inc on

Can you believe it's fall already? Today, I'm sharing this fall-themed thank you card I made using warm fall colors with Lawn Fawn and Avery Elle stamps.

Step 1: I stamped the hedgehog and fox from the Lawn Fawn S'more the Merrier clear stamp set using my Mini MISTI stamping tool and a Gina K Designs Obsidian Amalgam ink pad, colored them with copic markers and cut them out.

Step 2: Next, I stamped the bushel of apples and two more apples from the Lawn Fawn Thanks a Bushel clear stamp, colored them with copics and cut them out.

Step 3: I stamped three leaves from the Lawn Fawn Jump for Joy clear stamp set, colored them with copics and cut them out.

Step 4: I stamped the tree stump with the table cloth from the Avery Elle Fall Picnic clear stamp set, colored it with copics and cut it out.
Step 5: I cut out a stitched semi circle from white card stock, and then blended it with Picket Fence Studios Life Changing Blender Brushes using Ranger Ink Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink pads in the following order from top to bottom:  Barn Door, Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Wild Honey, and Fossilized Amber distress oxide inks.

Step 6: I glued the blended semi circle to the center of my A2 card base using a Lawn Fawn glue tube, and then  glued my colored images on top.

Step 7:  I added white highlights to my images and stamped on the "THANKS A BUSHEL" sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Thanks a Bushel clear stamp set to the bottom of my card using my Gina K. Designs Obsidian Amalgam ink pad and my Mini-MISTI stamping tool.
I loved using the warm colors of fall for inspiration for this card.  This will be a perfect thank you card to give to a teacher this fall.  Thanks for following along!  You can find the supplies I used to make this card over at the scrapbookpal.com  shop.
