Starting with a card base that is 5x6, create the grass using the stitched hillside border using green cardstock. Then use the LF cloudy stencil and Salvaged Patina Distress ink to create the cloudy sky. I prefer to use the blending brushes but a foam dabber will also work. Just like that, we have our background after gluing them to the card base. Trim off any access if needed.
To create our characters we are going to start with the bears from Lawn Fawn Snow Much Fun and the sitting bear from Den Sweet Den. Stamp, color and then die cut with coordinating dies. I used Prismacolor markers for my images but Copics are great as well. Also include, the coffee mug, and 2 book stacks from Lawn Fawn Den Sweet Den. Our Goldilocks will come from Lawn Fawn Bicycle Built for You. I used Google image search to color the images to reflect the children's book.
Once you have colored and die cut all of your images, place them on the card as pictured. Add on the "you're tops in my books" sentiment popped up on foam tape to the bottom and now you have the cutest children book inspired card. This would pair great with the actual book for a birthday or a "miss you" present.
