Lawn Fawn Sunburst Backdrop Birthday Card

Lawn Fawn Sunburst Backdrop Birthday Card

Posted by Cassandra Darwin on

Step 1: Die cut the Lawn Fawn Sunburst Backdrop from white cardstock.

Step 2: Stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Magic Messages stamp set on the die cut circle, using VersaMark ink. Pour fine/detail white embossing powder over the wet ink and use a heat tool to melt the embossing powder.

Step 3: Use a blending brush to apply Mustard Seed Distress Ink on the die cut and embossed circle. Carefully blend a small amount of Dried Marigold Distress Ink around the edge of the circle.

Step 4: Die cut the cloud shapes from Lawn Fawn's Spring Showers die set on white cardstock.

Step 5: On the small and large cloud shapes, apply Shaded Lilac Distress Ink around the edges with a blender brush.

Step 6: Adhere the die cut Sunburst Backdrop to the front a white A2 card using a Lawn Fawn Glue Tube. Use the same glue tube to adhere the inked and embossed circle to the center of the sunburst.

Step 7 Adhere the clouds to the lower, right side of the card with foam tape.

Step 8: Apply sequins to the card using Glossy Accents (it's clear, dries shiny, and super strong).

This card is the perfect addition to a Box of Sunshine gift!
