Step 1: First, I stamped the hot air balloon from the Avery Elle Peek-A-Boo Balloon clear stamp set with a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad onto onto a piece of white card stock using my Mini Misti Stamping Tool.
Step 2: Next, I stamped the bear from the Avery Elle Beary Good Friends clear stamp set with a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad using my Mini Misti Stamping Tool.
Step 3: Then, I colored the stamped hot air balloon and bear images with various copic markers, cut them out, and set them aside.
Step 4: Next, I splattered some gold metallic paint onto a piece of navy blue card stock (4" x 5 1/4 ").
Step 5: I made some grass from green cardstock using with my Neat & Tangled stitched slopes die, and glued the grass panel onto my splattered navy blue card panel using my Lawn Fawn glue tube.
Step 6: Next, I adhered my colored hot air balloon and bear to my card panel with foam tape for some dimension.
Step 7: Then, I stamped three stars with a Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad onto gold cardstock using a Lawn Fawn 3.5" Round Acrylic Block, cut out the stars, and glued them onto my navy blue card panel using a Lawn Fawn glue tube.
Step 8: Next, I stamped the banner and "Sending Lots of Hugs" sentiment from the Avery Elle Pee-A-Boo Jungle clear stamp set using my Misti Stamping Tool, cut out the banner, and glued it to the bottom of my card panel over my grass using my Lawn Fawn glue tube.
Step 9: Last, I glued my card panel onto a piece of gold cardstock (4 1/8" x 5 3/8") using my Lawn Fawn glue tube, and then glued that onto my white card base (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").
