MFT Stamps New Home Pop-Up Card

Posted by Leeds Craftroom on

Hello friends!! Welcome back! It's Leeds from Leeds Craftroom. Today, I'm sharing a fun My Favorite Things Pop Up New Home Card. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Stamp all the images from My Favorite Things Hanging with My Gnomies stamp set using Memento ink pad.

Step 2: Color each image with Copic markers. For the house, I used RV14, R27, R59, E21, E00, E33, E35, W1,W3,W5. For the female gnomes, I used E33, E35, E37, V01, V17, V04. For the rest of the gnomes, I used YG11, YG06, RR27, R14,R59, YR04, Y08, Y17.

Step 3: Fussy cut each image using EK Success Cutter Bee Scissors.

Step 4: Cut a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" white paper and score it on the 4 1/4" to use as a base card.

Step 5: Cut a 4 1/4'" x 5 1/2" white paperand create the background for outside of the card using a sunlight layering stencil and Distress Oxide Squeezed Lemonade.

Step 6: Cut a white paper using Lawn Fawn Mushroom Border and ink blended it with Distress Oxide Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. Color the mushrooms using Copic Marker. Use the grass border for outside of the card and use the mushroom border for inside of the card.

Step 7: Stamp the sentiment from MFT Hanging with My Gnomies using Lawn Fawn Clear Embossing Ink pad and Lawn Fawn White Embossing Powder.

Step 8: Assemble the card and adhere it to the base card. (this is for the outside of the card)

Step 9: For inside of the card, use Lawn Fawn Pivot Pop Up dies and assemble it (from this pivot pop up dies, you get the pop up mechanism and accordion banner). Ink blended the accordion banner from the Pivot Pop up using Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry and adhere all the mushrooms and the gnomes.

Step 10: Cut two of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" white paper and create the background using Distress Oxide Cracked Pistachio and Squeezed Lemonade for one of the card and use Picked Raspberry and Tumbled Glass for the other one. For the bottom part of inside the card, adhere the mushroom border (from step 5) to the background, adhere the gnome and stamp the sentiment.

Step 11: Adhere two papers from step 10 to the base card and also adhere the pop up mechanism and the accordion banner using Scrappy Tape.

Thank you for checking out this post! Hope you all have a lovely day!
