Instructions:
1. On a white card base I ink blended a circular background using Distress Ink Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers, and Cracked Pistachio. For the blending I used the Ranger Mini Ink Blending Tool. I then used Avery Elle's Clear Shimmer Spray for the sparkle background.
2. I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored with Copic makers, and cut out all the stamps with scissors. The bunny stamps, hearts, "YAY" sentiment and balloon with the star are from Avery Elle's Party Pals Stamps. The presents are from Avery Elle's Wheelie Great stamps. Here are the Copic colors that I used:
Balloon and star: YG03, YG17, Y17
Presents: B02, B04, BG23, Y17, YR04
3. I assembled the card with Scotch Permanent Mounting Tape. I added Nuvo Pure Sheen Sequins in Tropical Oasis for some extra sparkle and glued them down with Micro Glue Dots.
I hope you enjoyed my project! While my material collection isn't very big quite yet, it's very fun to get creative with the stamps. My friend just had a baby and since I don't have any baby themed stamps I figured I could make a baby boy themed celebration with a blue background, some presents, a balloon, and "YAY" stamp.
