Defective?

I ordered 5 refills and am only in the first one but the adhesive strips are loaded haphazardly on both sides of tape therefore unable to use in the dispenser! Hopefully this one is just a fluke!

Still Not Received

Originally, UPS said they delivered the order at my office and I signed for it. Not possible, because I was 200 miles away when the item was supposed to have been delivered. No one was in our office to get it for me as UPS showed it deliverd after 6:00 pm when we were closed.

Called your office and gave them my home address for delivery. I later received notices it had been shipped and would be delivered to my home on Saturday, July 30th. It did not arrive at my home.

So, I have been charged for something I haven't received, spent time trying to chase it down and now just figure I should can write it off as a bad e-tail experience and get on with my day.
