Cosmic Shimmer Fluffy Stuff will add fluffy dimension to your cards and crafting projects. It works well on a variety of surfaces. Can be used for all types of projects and ideal for Christmas for making that snow effect, which finishes your projects perfectly!
To use, write or create the image you want. Heat gently with your heat gun keeping it moving at all times. Your Fluffy Stuff image will slowly bubble and expand to create a lovely fluffy finish.
