Altenew Little Safari Stenciled Cards

Altenew Little Safari Stenciled Cards

Posted by Katherine Cartwright on

HI there! I am sharing two cards that I made using several Altenew Little Safari products.

I began by stamping the two animal images onto Bristol Smooth Card stock with Gina K Obsidian Amalgam Ink. I used the Altenew Little Safari layered stencils with my Distress inks to fill in all the areas on my stamped image.

I then stamped "Thank You" from the Altenew Little Safari Stamp set in Gina K Obsidian Amalgam Ink above the stenciled giraffe on my paper. I die cut three leaves from the Altenew Picture Frame Die set and glued them around the giraffe.

For my second card, I repeated the same process using my Distress inks and the Altenew Little Safari layered stencils to fill in all the area of the elephant stamp. I die cut my image using the Altenew Little Safari Dies. I cut the largest Altenew Picture Frame die from purple card stock and added this to a piece of card stock that was embossed with the Altenew 3D Playful Leaves Embossing Folder. I blended Distress Mowed Lawn ink over my embossed leaves and then glued down the elephant die cut and the frame to the embossed paper.

I added the Hello die cut from the Altenew Timeless Sentiments set at the top of my card. To complete my card, I added four Honey Bee gem stickers  - one to each corner of the Altenew Picture Frame Die cut.
