Instructions:
1. I used a yellow piece of paper from Lawn Fawn Petite Paper Pack Watercolor Wishes and cut out a rectangle by hand. I then used Lawn Fawn Lawn Cuts Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables dies to make the frame for my card using a pink piece of paper from the same watercolor pack. I also used Lawn Fawn Lawn Cuts Finley’s ABC’s dies to make the “XOXO.” I have a Spellbinders Platinum 6 Inch Platform Cutting Machine.
2. I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored with Copics, added some white details to my colorings using Gelly Roll pens, and cut out all the stamps by hand with scissors. I stamped the two dogs from the Avery Elle Frenchie Stamps as well as the wagon, flowers, hearts, present, cake, heart balloon, and party hat from the same set. Here are the Copic colors that I used:
Dogs: E23, E27, E31, E43
Party Hat: BG11, B95
Wagon, Balloon: R24, R27, W3, W5
Hearts: R37, RV34, V12, V15
Flowers: RV34, V12, V15, YG03, YG17, Y17
Cake: E27, E31, E43, RV34, BG11, YR04
Present: BG11, Y17, Y35, YG03
3. I assembled the card with Scotch Permanent Mounting Tape, Scrappy Tape, Micro Glue Dots, and Avery Elle Liquid Glue. I first used Scrappy Tape to position the pink frame on the yellow background and then placed it on the white cardstock using Scrappy Tape again. I positioned all the cut out stamps using the Scotch Permanent Mounting Tape. The “XOXO” was secured down using Avery Elle Liquid Glue. I added Nuvo Pure Sheen Sequins in Champagne Shine for some extra sparkle and glued them down with Micro Glue Dots.
