Hi folks,
Kavya here with another fun project using Hero Arts’ new Beautiful Butterflies. It’s almost spring here in Pacific Northwest so I am super excited to get into spring themed cards :) This card is super easy to create and requires few simple steps. Don't skip out on adding the gel pen details to butterflies - this really does make a difference!
I started off by stamping and diecutting a bunch of butterflies from the set using black dye ink. Then, I colored in the butterflies using Copic markers and added details using a white gel pen.
Then, I took a pale pink cardstock and ink blended the edges using coordinating dye ink to add some drama.
Finally, I adhered all the butterflies and a sentiment from Pinkfresh Studio’s perfect sentiments to finish off my card :)
