Hello crafty friends! Today I'm sharing my last blog post as part of ScrapbookPal's design time. It has been a privilege to share my projects with you and I hope I have been able to inspire you to create fun projects this past year. For today's fina; project I made a card using Catherine Pooler's Greenery of the Season stamps and dies. This fun stamp set packed with wonderful images to make any holiday projects.
I started by trimming a front panel piece for an A2 card. On this piece, I stamped the poinsettia image from the Greenery of the Season stamp set. I used Catherine Pooler inks to stamp the images. I made a wreath shape with the poinsettias. The Stampwheel came very handy for that!
Once I finished with the poinsettias, I added some greenery and berries images to the wreath using Catherine Pooler inks.
Next, I stamped one of the sentiments in the middle of the wreath from the Greenery of the Season stamp set. Then, I splattered a bit of gold water color to make it sparkle just a bit.
On a separate piece of card stock, I stamped other images from the Greenery of the Season stamp set. Then, I die cut each image with the coordinating dies.
Once I was done die cutting, I glued the front panel piece on to my A2 card base, glue the die cuts on the wreath, and added glossy accents on the center of each poinsettia.
Now that everything was glued on to the card base, all that was left was to pair the card to a matching envelope. Now it will be ready to be mailed to a loved one this holiday season!
