Honey Bee Stamps - Tool Box and more!

Posted by Kathy Schweinfurth on

When a hard work day is done, it's time to kick back and enjoy YOU time! These new dies from Honey Bee Stamps are perfect for celebrating those special guys in your life helping to create super cute masculine cards!

For my card:

1.  For the background, I took Honey Bee Stamps Wood Planks 3D Embossing Folder, swiped Honey Bee Stamps Brilliant White Pigment ink over the raised side of the folder, and then placed dark brown cardstock into the folder and embossed.

2.  I then used the new Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Tool Box dies to diecut kraft cardstock and adhered the pieces together to form the tool box.

3.  I die cut the tools and beer/root beer bottles, labels, and caps with Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Tool Box Add-On dies. For the beer bottles, I brushed on Ranger Glossy Accents over them to give them a shiny look. On the labels, I brushed on Distress Ink Black Soot and also Ranger Glossy Accents to 'set' the ink.

5.  I then arranged the tools and bottles into the tool box and popped up the arrangement onto the card base. Then popped up the two other beer bottles over the tool box as shown.

4.  The final touch: added sentiments from Honey Bee Stamps Nailed It stamp set.
