First, I stamped, colored and die cut the following images:
Jumping bunny and trampoline from Really High Five,
Sitting Bunny and flower from Butterfly Kisses,
Baby chick from Eggstra Amazing Easter
More flowers from Dandy Day and Easter Party
Using Oliver’s Stitched ABC’s, I die cut one set of letters from the darker blue Dandy Day paper and one set of letters from Lawn Fawn Fog cardstock (to pick up the colors from the light gray bunnies). I adhered the two sets of letters together with the Lawn Fawn glue tube, offsetting them to create a shadow.
I used the largest rectangle in the Outside In Stitched Rectangle to cut a panel from the lighter blue Dandy Day paper and the darker green Dandy Day paper. I then used the grassy border die on the darker green stitched rectangle panel to cut my grassy border.
Then I assembled and adhered everything in the grassy scene except for the trampoline and jumping bunny. The letters, jumping bunny and trampoline are all popped up so before I adhered them, I stamped the sentiments “up to say” and “it’s your birthday” from Really High Five. I was careful to line the two sentiments up with each other from the right and to leave enough room for the letters at the top. Then I adhered the entire panel to an A2 card base.
Next comes all the popped-up elements. The trick to popping up the letters is to use Foam Strips. I used pop dots for the jumping bunny and the trampoline. Lastly, I used a small stamping block to stamp the bounce marks.
