Lawn Fawn Mermaid For You

Lawn Fawn Mermaid For You

Posted by Urvi on

I wanted to try out something new and fun technique to play using different mediums of coloring. I haven't used pencil colors and watercolors for long so I thought of incorporating both in this card.

For the card i used the Lawn fawn Mermaid for you stamp set and Sublime stamp set, And stamped them using Distress Antique linen ink.

I water colored the background using Zig watercolor brush pens and also the images too. For shimmer I used lawn fawn glitter pen. Using the Prisma pencil colors I outlined the images and also did some touching to images and background. Finally using a white pencil color I gave some white dots on the image.

For the banner I used Altenew Coral berry ink to stamp the inside of the banner from the lawn fawn stamp set bannertastic stamp set and stamped the outline and sentiment with lawn fawn black licorice ink. I added some sequins to finish the card and mounted on a black card base.

I hope you like the card. If you like to see more have a look into my Instagram account @urvinishu for more projects.
