Instructions:
Ink Blend the Background:
1.Cut a 4 ¼”x5 ½” white cardstock panel
2.Place Lawn Fawn Hillside Stencils on the top and bottom portions of the panel to create a space in between
3.Apply Lawn Fawn Kiddie Pool ink using a Picket Fence Studios Life Changing Blender Brush
4.Switch the stencil to create a mask over the pond
5.Apply Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy using a Blender Brush to create the sand
6.Dab the same ink on a non-porous surface, and a spritz of water, and pick up with a small paintbrush
7.Flick the paintbrush over the sand areas to speckle the area with ink

Prepare Die Cuts to Complete the Scene:
1.Cut Lawn Fawn’s Bayou Backdrop and Cattails Border plus accessories out of two shades of green cardstock using a die cut machine
2.Brush Distress Ink Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint onto Bayou Backdrop and Cattails Border using a Blender Brush
3.Dab Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy and Gathered Twigs onto cattail tops with a Blender Brush to create texture

Stamp and color the images:
1.In the MISTI, position the stamps on white cardstock
2.Shut the door of the MISTI to pick up the stamps
3.Ink them with Copic friendly ink (Lawn Fawn River Rock)
4.Shut the door of the MISTI to apply the ink to the paper
5.Color the images with Copic Markers
6.Cut out the images using the coordinating dies with a die cutting machine

Assemble the card front:
1.Create a side folded 4 ¼”x5 ½” notecard out of white cardstock.
2.Arrange the die cut images onto the ink blended background to determine placement
3.Adhere the die cuts to the panel using Lawn Fawn Glue Tube and Tombow Mono Dot Runner Adhesive
4.Adhere the card panel to the front of the card base using tape runner or glue

Create the outer sentiment:
1.Die cut a speech bubble out of cardstock using the largest of Lawn Fawn’s Speech Bubbles
2.Place the speech bubble in the MISTI and position word stamps to create the sentiment
3.Shut the door of the MISTI to pick up the stamps
4.Ink them with Lawn Fawn Clear ink
5.Shut the door of the MISTI to apply the ink to the paper
6.Add Lawn Fawn white embossing powder to the stamped sentiment
7.Melt the embossing powder with a heat tool
8.Add double sided foam tape to the back of the speech bubble and adhere to the top left of the card panel

Create the inner sentiment:
1. Place the open card in the MISTI and position word stamps to create the sentiment
2.Shut the door of the MISTI to pick up the stamps
3.Ink them with Lawn Fawn Peacock ink
4.Shut the door of the MISTI to apply the ink to the paper
