Step 1: I started this card by stamping all the images from Avery Elle-Wheelie Great onto quarter sheet of white cardstock using my Lawn Fawn premium dye ink pad – Black Licorice on acrylic block from Lawn Fawn.
Step 2: Then I colored all my stamped images using various Prismacolor’s pencils and then cut the images on my brother scan and cut machine.
Step 3: Next, I used half a sheet of white cardstock and blended decorating chalks in pink and red colors together to achieve beautiful clouds using my Picket Fence Studios – Life Changing Blender Brushes. When all blended together I used Lawn Fawn – Puffy Cloud Borders Dies to die cut 2 pieces of clouds for my card (there is 3 sizes in the set I picked the big and the middle size for my clouds). To die cut the clouds I used my Sizzix Big Shot machine.
Step 4: To create my background, I used Distress Inks:
- And Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust Splattering it from Lawn Fawn acrylic block on 5,5inch x 5,5inch white card by Recollection.
Step 5: While I let the background dry good, I die cut 3 pieces of Lawn Fawn of Happy Heart Day line border from pink cardstock and glue them all together to get little dimension.
Step 6: Final steps to assemble the card. First, I cut my 2 chalked boarders in 5,5inch x 5,5inch long strips and attached one on top and one on the bottom of the card using foam tape. Then I glued my colored images to my card base using a Lawn Fawn Glue Tube and 1/8" Scrappy Tape.
