Make A Wish Birthday Card by Beata

Make A Wish Birthday Card by Beata

Instructions:

Step 1: I stamped the sweet fairies and flowers from the Avery Elle Fairy Happy stamp set using my Misti Stamping Tool and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. I wiped up my stamps using my Lawn Fawn Stamp Shammy. Then I colored my stamped images with various copic markers, and cut them out.

Step 2: I blended Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink using my Picket Fence Studios life changing blender brushes onto my slimline card panel I cut out using a Trinity Stamps slimline stitched card panel die. Then I splattered my blended card panel with water and white acrylic paint.

Step 3: I blended Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink and Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide Ink using Picket Fender Studios life changing blender brushes onto my grass panel I cut out using a Trinity Stamps slimline scenic border die. I splattered water and white acrylic paint onto my blended grass panel, and then glued the grass over my previously blended card panel using my Lawn Fawn glue tube.

Step 4: Next, I glued my colored fairies and flowers from the Avery Elle Fairy Happy stamp set onto my card panel using my Lawn Fawn glue tube.

Step 5: Then I stamped some butterflies and mushrooms from the Avery Elle Fairy Happy stamp set using my Lawn Fawn round acrylic block and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. I cleaned off my stamps using my Lawn Fawn Stamp Shammy, and then colored my butterflies and mushrooms with copic markers, and cut them out.

Step 6: I glued my colored butterflies and mushrooms onto my card panel with my Lawn Fawn glue tube.

Step 7: I stamped the "make a wish" sentiment from the Avery Elle Fairy Happy stamp set with a dark pink ink onto my card panel, and glued on some holeless sequins using my Lawn Fawn glue tube.

Step 8: I added white highlights to my colored images using a white Sakura gelly roll pen.

Step 9: Then I used my Lawn Fawn glue tube to glue my finished card panel onto my slimline card base (8.5" x 3.5") cut from Neenah 110lb Classic Crest Solar White cardstock. (Photo 1)

This slimline birthday card was super fun to put together, and I can't wait to send it out in the mail. This Avery Elle stamp set and other supplies I used are available over at the scrapbookpal.com shop! Wishing you lots of fun crafting!
