Pinkfresh Studio Framed Art

Pinkfresh Studio Framed Art

Posted by Raquel Sanchez-Krohn on

Hello Crafters,

Raquel here from @paintsandglitter! I'm excited to share samples and a tutorial for Pinkfresh Studio's new Framed Art collection, featuring an 11-piece stamp set, 4 dies, and 4 stencils.

I stamped images with Urban Raincoat, then colored them using Chasing Sunsets inks and the corresponding stencils. Using two of the Nested Elongated Oval dies I created apertures and four frames for the front of my card. To create a floating window effect, I added a piece of clear acetate between an apricot colored matting layer and the front base of my 5x7 inch card using .25" Scrappy Tape.

After partially fussy cutting the stamped images, I used Nuvo deluxe adhesive to add the images behind white apertures. Using 3D foam squares I added a dimensional layer of the flowers and fruit that I colored and die cut to match. For shine, I applied a Nuvo Glitter Gloss pen, and Clear Drops in champagne. To finish this card, I added a green matting layer inside.

I love layering and texturing my cards! Check out my video tutorial on the Scrapbookpal YouTube channel, and don't forget to like and subscribe!

Be inspired, Be Blessed!
