Fall is just around the corner! Colorful pumpkins, candy corn and Halloween costumes all ready to adorn the front of your handmade cards. This season brings beautiful color combinations and sweet graphics to stamp and color in every shade you can imagine.
The new Lawn Fawn Simply Celebrate and Simply Fall Stamps will bring a festive element to your creations! Treat yourself to the Lawn Fawn Stamps and Dies, from the Scrapbook Pal online store, and follow these step by step instructions to create this project:
From white cardstock, cut two blocks 2” x 3”.
For the first block, use a combination of yellow, green and orange inks to blend an ombre effect. For the second, use orange and yellow inks, leaving the top white to resemble candy corn.
Stamp and color the row of pumpkins and the row of candy corns.
Die cut your images when finished.
From black cardstock, die cut each image again, creating a solid shadow background. Adhere together, offset slightly.
Stamp your sentiments onto each block.
Cut two cardstock bases, 4.25” x 6”. Cover with patterned paper.
Optional: Frame your inked block with glitter cardstock or alternating patterned paper.
Adhere the pumpkin row and candy corn row to each block using foam squares for added dimension.
Adhere assembled block to the front of your card.
Optional: Spray with Avery Elle white ink
