Hi, this is Nicki from the design team! I created a fun vintage style Christmas card with the latest release from Spellbinders. This poinsettia die is different from other dies in that it embosses the leaves and cuts parts of the die pieces out which makes paper piecing really fun. Make sure to watch the video for all the fun details on this one.
I used lots of ink blending on this project. The center of the poinsettia cuts out so that I was able to add foam tape under it to raise up the petals for even more dimension. The holly embossing folder gives so much excitement to the ink blended background. This is one of my new favorites!
