Spellbinders Storybook Illustrations Collection | Card Making Tutorial

Posted by Cassie Trask on

Hi there and welcome back to the ScrapbookPal Blog!  It's Cassie Trask here with another video tutorial to share with you, and today we are making a scene card using some of the amazing stamps in the Spellbinders Storybook Illustrations Collection.  If you like creating scenes, then these are some sets for you, because the possibilities are just endless.  I paired up the Wild Friends Stamps, the Into the Wild Stamps, and the Words for the Wild Stamps, to create this sweet little scene.

I haven't watercolored in a while, so pulling out the Distress Watercolor Pencils was the way to go, and I love how soft and whimsical my scene turned out. Because I didn't want to cover up my scene, the Xyron Sticker Maker was perfect for placing my sentiment.

You can see exactly how it all came together here or over on the ScrapbookPal YouTube Channel.

I hope this project makes you want to get a little inky and make a scene of your own!  You can find all of the products used for this project linked down below. Thanks for stopping by!
