Thank You Cherry Blossoms!

Thank You Cherry Blossoms!

Posted by Kavya N on

Hi folks,

Kavya here from @handmadebykavya with another fun project showing you how combining products from various brands can open up infinite possibilities! I feel in love with the new Cherry Blossoms dies from Pinkfresh Studio and I decided to make a card to celebrate the early blooms here in PNW.

I started off by creating my card base by sticking to a color palette of oat color - warm grayish green. I started off by die cutting my card base using the Infinity Punch and Pierce Plate. Then, I used the Catherine Pooler Fancy Loop to create a frame. I ink blended it with coordinating dye ink to add some dimension.

Then, I followed the sample image on the Pinkfresh Studio die set to create my cherry blossom out of cardstock and the coordinating stencil.

Adhered the cherry blossom to the card base along with a quick sentiment using Julieta Alpha and some butterflies from Bibi's Butterfly Sentiments stamp set.

That's it! I hope this project inspires you :)

Happy Crafting,

Kavya
