I'm swinging in on theScrapbook Pal blog today sharing a fun and simple card, usingCatherine Pooler Designs Everybody Say Happy Sentiments. I don't know about you, but who doesn't always need a birthday card? Sometimes I think I have a birthday card, only to realize I don't or that the one card I do have doesn't fit for that person. So if you're like me and need a quick and easy card, this is for you! With that said, here is my card.
Let's make a card! Follow the steps below to make this fun card.
1. You'll need white cardstock (sized slightly smaller than an A2 or 4" x 5 1/4") and some inks. In this case, I usedCatherine Poolerinks. The colors I chose wereBellini,Coral Cabana, andSamba.
2. You'll want to hold your piece of cardstock, place the ink pad near the edge of the cardstock and push down slightly as you're pulling towards you, lifting up the ink pad when the desired 'streak' is achieved. Repeat this with all the colors, slightly overlapping each color.
4. Stamp on the sentiment fromCatherine Pooler-Everybody Say HappySentiments. As you can see, I chose to use the 'Toss some confetti in the air and celebrate!' sentiment and stamped it in black ink.
5. Lastly, you'll want to make a card base using white cardstock and add some foam squares on the back of the stamped panel and then add it to your base card.
I made a mistake during my account sign up and first order. The customer service team provided both an accurate and speedy resolution to my problem! Incredibly easy to work with.
I love the quick, always accurate shipping and true cost shipping rates, discounted sale prices. This is why I love this place, as other places make shipping unbelievable unless you have $100 to spend on crafting.
