Step 1: Make card from card-stock
Step 2: Stamp and color the images
Step 3: Die cut or hand cut images out leaving a hint of white.
Step 4: Cut a piece of watercolor paper same size of card-base and add a little color and let dry.
Step 5: One the watercolor background is dry using the Avery Elle: Three Hearts Die set, die cut into background.
Step 6: Add some glitter paper to the back windows of hearts.
Step 7: Adhere to card base.
Step 8: Using Scrapbook Adhesives: foam squares adhere the images.
Step 9: Stamp the sentiment on separate piece of card-stock, trim and adhere to card.
