Baby Laundry Card (with Honey Bee Stamps) by Farhana

Hello crafty friends! I hope that your week started off well! I am still playing catch up from July, I can’t believe that it’s August! But I am excited about ALL the fall crafting!! Farhana from Everyday Engineered and popping in today with a fun baby card! I combined a few products from Honey Bee Stamps to make this CAS-ish card!

To create this card :

I started by heat embossing the Spring Blooms Background stamp with watermark ink and white embossing powder. Next I inked blended over it using distress oxide inks in Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet, and Peacock Feathers.

Using the Simply Hexagons die from Pink Fresh Studios, I die cut the inked background to create a partial background for the card front. I also die cut a ruffle onesies from some pattern paper using one of the dies from the Bundle Of Joy die set.

Next I played around with some sentiments for the front and inside of the card, from the Inside: Welcome Baby Sentiments stamp set. I just a few strips of pattern paper to match the front of the card and pull it all together.

I finished off the card by stamping/embossing the sentiments, and gluing everything together using a combination of foam tape and liquid adhesive.

Thanks for following along today! I hope that this card inspires you to create something!

Till the next time, take care!

Farhana
