Beary Happy Holidays by Nicole

I made this fun winter card using shades of purple. It was nice to use non traditional Christmas colors for a bit of a change.

Step 1: I water colored the background using water color markers and set is aside to dry.

Step 2: Then, I took the images from the Lawn Fawn Beary Happy Holidays and colored them using my Copic markers. I also added a little Crystal Stickles to give them some sparkle.

Step 3: Once dry, I used the coordinating dies to cut out all of the images. I wanted to have a place for my bears to stand, so I cut out some glitter paper using the Lawn Fawn Hillside borders.

Step 4: Next, I worked on my sentiment. I used MFT Stamps Skinny Strips Dienamics to cut out some purple cardstock and he embossed the stamped black sentiment with clear embossing powder.

Step 5: I then used the Lawn Fawn Foursquare Backdrop to cut three different types of paper. Firstly, my water color panel, then I cut it again out of Lawn Fawn Fog cardstock to make the frame, and finally from vellum to die down the brightness of the background.

Step 6: I then took all of my components and assembled the card.
