Dream Catcher Slimline Card (ft Hero Arts & Gina K) by Katie

Dream Catcher Slimline Card (ft Hero Arts & Gina K) by Katie

Hey there friends, Katie here today with a nice slimline card.  This card features a few new products, specifically, I am highlighting the new Gina K. Master Layout 10.

Here is how I made this- First I used some Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide with a blending brush on white cardstock.  I spritzed a bit of water on it.  Then I used the die from the label like die from the Gina K. Master Layout 10 cut this out.  I cut the larger label in white and mounted the blue layer on that.

Next, I used more white paper and distress oxides Wilted Violet, Saltwater Taffy, and Picked Raspberry and spritzed with water.

When that was done, I used the Hero Arts Dream Catcher die to cut out the moon and feathers.

I mounted this on the blue background using the Lawn Fawn Glue Tube.  After that I pulled out some embellishments and placed them where I wanted them.

Next, I die cut the background cardstock using the inner layer of the Master Layout 10 die set.  I mounted that on a white base with my Scrappy Tape.  I cut a piece of lavender cardstock and mounted that on top.  I added in my dream catcher and mounted it with foam tape.  Finally, I die cut the letters from the Alphanumeric Bold Die Set by Tim Holtz in blue and mounted it on the base.  Then I added more embellishments to the card using more glue dots.

Well, that is all today, I hope you enjoyed this post.  This is a pretty card that I hope that helps someone feel encouraged or uplifted.  Thank you for visiting.
