Lawn Fawn Slimline Birthday Card by Leeds

Posted by ScrapbookPal Inc on

Hello crafty friends! This is Leeds here today sharing a cute slimline birthday card featuring a lot of Lawn Fawn goodies. Now, let's get started!

To start, I stamped all the images from Lawn Fawn Blue Skies, Bubbles of Joy and Scripty Bubble Sentiments stamp sets using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad. I colored it using Copic markers and added some highlights using white gel pen.

Next, I cut a 4 x 9 inches white card stock, used My Favorite Things Rolling Cloud Stencil and inked Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry, Shaded Lilac, Squeezed Lemonade and Tumbled Glass. I then used Lawn Fawn Bubbles Stencil and inked Distress Oxide using the same colors that I used for the clouds. To build the scene, I cut a white card stock using Lawn Fawn Hillside Borders and ink blended Distress Oxide Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. I splattered it using water and Distress Oxide Black Soot.

For the sentiments, I stamped the word happy from Lawn Fawn Scripty Bubble Sentiments, colored it using Copic markers and added Ranger Stickles Glitter Glue-Diamond to make it sparkly. I also heat-embossed the sentiment on a red card stock using white embossing powder.

Finally, I assembled the card together using glue and popping a few up with foam tape for some dimension. Thank you so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!
