Non-Traditional Christmas Card by Kelly

Non-Traditional Christmas Card by Kelly

Hi Friends! Kelly Fusco here with a Non-Traditional Christmas card using a few dies from the Spellbinders Warm Wishes die set.

To start off I die cut only these few images below

After I die cut them I also embossed a white panel using Spellbinders Geo Screen Embossing Folder

I set that aside and I die cut the rectangles that go behind my sentiments

I decided to color the strip behind my letters to make it easier then die cut inlay.

To do this I used copic markers in BG13, RV14, YG07, Y19 and for my mug I used E31 & E33

I glued my colored strips behind my sentiments and the white parts I added Wink of stella shimmer pen in clear for some sparkle. The mug I added the sparkle to the BG13 (I reversed it)

I trimmed my embossed panel down with Gina K master layouts #2 and glued it onto a panel that I used  Fluted Classics  Rectangles die set on so it wouldn't be too plain. Then I adhered all my pieces down with foam tape for dimension

I also added white flock for the liquid part of the mug for some textured interest.

I added a few sparkle gems and that's it.

I hope you like this non traditional Christmas card using only a few images from this large Warm Wishes set.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

The products I used for this card were:

Spellbinders Warm Wishes Die set

Spellbinders Geo Screen Embossing Folder

Spellbinders Fluted Classics  Rectangles dies

Gina K Master Layouts 2 set

Copic Markers BG13 RV14 YG07 Y19 E31 & E33

Wink of Stella-Clear
