Pinkfresh Studio Brighter Days Card by Kelly

Pinkfresh Studio Brighter Days Card by Kelly

Hi Crafty Friends! Kelly here. Anyone that knows me knows I love creating using florals.

For today's card I'm using PinkFresh Studio Brighter Days Stamp/die set.

To start off I blended my panel with Distress Oxides, Scattered Straw, Victorian Velvet & Seedless Preserves. I splattered some water onto it and absorbed it with a paper towel to create the oxidized droplet effect.

After it was dry I die cut the PinkFresh Studio Stitches die plate. Then I used Gina K Master Layout 1 and die cut the above panel & die cut a black panel to be a mat. I glued that with Nuvo Deluxe adhesive onto a peachy colored cardbase.

I set that aside

I stamped Brighter Days onto Neenah 80lb cardstock with Memento Tuxedo black ink.

I then colored the flowers with Copic markers. I used R81, R83, & R85 for 1 flower. RV63, RV55 & RV66 for another. Then I used Y32, Y23 & YR24 for the yellow flowers. For my leaves I used YG03, YG25 & YG17.

I laid them onto my panel & I used glad press n seal to lift it all up. I flipped it over & added foam tape. Then I adhered it to my panel & added Wink Of Stella shimmer pen for some sparkle. I stamped & die cut PinkFresh Studios Perfect sentiments using Versafine Onyx ink  with Lawn Fawn clear Embossing powder on top. I added foam tape to that too so it'd be even in dimension.

After adhering it all with the Nuvo Glue, I decided to die cut Curvy Leaves from PinkFresh studio with vellum & I added them under my sentiment.

Last step was adding some iridescent gems and some white gel pen for highlights on my images.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you like this card. I love how it came out.
