Ranger Ink Simon Hurley Sketched Snowmen

Ranger Ink Simon Hurley Sketched Snowmen

Posted by Colleen Beamish on

Hi there! Colleen Beamish here from @humorbean_cards. Today I’m sharing a clean and simple wintry card featuring the new Ranger Ink Simon Hurley Sketched Snowmen stamps & dies.

For the clean and simple background of this 5x7 card, I created my own stencil using the Pinkfresh Studio Notched Corner Frame die and ink blended over it with three different colors of Distress Oxide ink: Tumbled Glass, Milled Lavender, and Chipped Sapphire.

For the snowmen, I did very simple Copic coloring. These images already have so much detail, not much needed to be added. I adhered the snowmen to the card using foam tape for dimension and then added a sentiment from the stamp set which is white heat embossed on black cardstock.

The stamp set also has a variety of snowflakes so I decided to make an envelope to match my card. The one pictured below is just an example and it was super easy to make!

To see the full process of creating this card and envelope, be sure to check out the video on Scrapbook Pal’s YouTube Channel.

Happy Crafting!
