Spellbinders Four Petal Cherry Blossoms

Spellbinders Four Petal Cherry Blossoms

Hello! It's Andrea here with a card featuring Spellbinders' new Four Petal Collection. Inspired by the spring-like weather we're enjoying in my neck of the woods, I couldn't resist creating some cherry blossoms with this collection!

Spellbinders' Four Petal Thank You Floral Dies are gorgeous and so easy to work with! I focused on the two largest florals, which I cut from white cardstock. I added Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink to the diecuts before layering them together. I cut the branch from gray cardstock, the leaves from light green, and the flower centers from dark pink. I adhered the leaves and flowers to the branch with liquid adhesive.

I diecut blue cardstock with the Essential Four Petal Labels Dies. Using two of the dies together, I cut a frame from white cardstock. After adhering the frame to the blue background with foam tape, I attached the branch of cherry blossoms to the background with a combination of liquid adhesive and foam tape (behind the blooms).

For a soft background, I hotfoiled white cardstock with Opal Glimmer Foil and Spellbinders' Twinkle Lights Glimmer Foil Plate. I affixed the panel to a white card and attached the floral panel with double-sided adhesive. I diecut a sentiment with the Thanks Enclosed Sentiment Dies. I cut the background from dark pink cardstock and the word from white glitter paper. I layered the diecuts together and attached the piece with foam tape. For a bit of sparkle, I glued Pinkfresh Studio's Bubblegum Jewels in the flowers' centers.
Have a wonderful day!
