Hello there! I decided to make a few cards for grocery workers who have been working so hard to make sure families have the supplies and food they need.
I first die cut Lawn Fawn’s Peekaboo Backdrop die out of white cardstock from my stash. Then I pulled the stamp sets I wanted to use, and laid them on my panels to decide how to lay everything out. I chose to use Lawn Fawn’s Screen Time, Hay There, Baked With Love, Quinn’s abc’s, and So Smooth. I also used My Favorite Things Farm friends for the sentiment (Alternative). I stamped all the images with Gina K Amalgam Jet Black Ink. I stamped part of the sentiment with Lawn Fawn Fish Tank Ink.
After stamping, I opted for very simple coloring. I used a small handful of copic markers. Use what you have, and try a color scheme you don’t normally use!
After coloring, I colored the frame with a yellow copic marker to match my color scheme. Then I glued the frame on, and glued the panels in place with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive.
I am hoping cards like these can help grocery and other store workers know they are appreciated!
