When life gives you lemons... make cute Valentine's Day cards!
Who can resist those cute, funny puns in the Lawn Fawn You're the Zest Stamp Set? "Squeeze the Day" and "You're the Zest", perfect for your next set of handmade cards.
I'm pairing it with the new Lawn Fawn Lawn Cuts - Heart Garland Backdrop for a fresh, colorful Valentine's Day card. Follow these step by step instructions to create your own project today!

Stamp and color several lemons from the You're the Zest Stamp Set.
Color a few in Copic Yellow and a few in Copic Green. The stamp is very versatile, as you can create lemons and limes.
Die cut your images.
Next, die cut the Heart Garland Backdrop from coordinating patterned paper.
Optional: trim a second backdrop, slightly smaller, from an alternating cardstock color and layer underneath your backdrop frame.
Trim a piece of white cardstock to 9" x 5.75" for your card base. Fold in half.
Adhere the backdrop frame to your card. Adhere the lemons and limes near the bottom, using foam squares for added dimension.
Die cut letters, in coordinating papers, to spell "Valentine". I'm using the Lawn Fawn - Lawn Cuts Henry's ABC's. Adhere in the middle of your card.
Stamp your sentiment onto a tag or narrow strip of cardstock. Adhere over the lemons, slightly off center and the bottom of your card.
