Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Front Porch

Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers Front Porch

Posted by Carrie Rhoades on

Hey there, Carrie Rhoades here, sharing a beautiful new die set collection from Honey Bee Stamps. In their latest release, Honey Bee released the Lovely Layers Front Porch and a Holiday Add-On die set to go with that. In today's video I am going to give you and up close look at these two die sets, show you each piece and make a card with the pieces which create a beautiful Christmas scene.

If you can not see the video on your screen, you can watch the right HERE.

The dies in these sets are so well thought out and have so much detail, which makes for a very stunning scene.

Most all of the die cut pieces have embossed detail in them, like woodgrain, rocks, and texture. The embossed details even show you where things go when layering. No detail was spared.

This front porch fits snugly on to an A2 sized card. To make my front porch have the look of being on the front of a cabin, I simply scored a 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" piece of brown card stock every 1/4" inch. This gave the look of wood planks.

I added a touch of snow with Snowfall Grit paste and which acrylic paint and a paint brush.

Be sure to watch the video to get a full look at these die sets and see this card come to life.

Thanks for stopping by!
